I downloaded and installed the free 3.3 version of Lucid today. When I first open the program it asks if I want to register the product. I am not able to do so because I cannot locate a "product serial number" to input into the registration form.

Is the free version restricted in that you are not able to register the product to release it from demonstration mode?

No worries if this is the case. I just was not sure if there was a way to unlock the fuller functioning of this free version.

Hi Dave,

My apologies about that! The links on the v3.3 free offer page had cached to the older v3.3 downloads, which still required registration. I've now fixed the issue, but you will need to download v3.3 again to get the correct version. Try accessing this from the download page located under the Support menu.

Thank you for your help Matt. I also appreciate your quick response. I was able to download the free version and spend some time learning how to use Lucid during my Christmas break.
