Is there an easy way to attach media to features and states (like creating an xml file for entity media)? Or do I just upload the features list and then manually attach each media item and type in caption, copyright and comments for each one?

Hi Matt. About importing media: we've prepared about 130 folders on an external drive, each containing a bunch of jpgs to illustrate a particular entity. The folder names match some of the entity names in our project's key (all of the folder names match an entity, but some entities don't have a matching folder). Is there a quick way we can add the whole lot to the key at one go (so the contents of each and every folder attaches to the entity with a matching name), or do we need to open each folder, select all it's contents and import to the relevent entity using Attach File? Would a Media List help? Fraid I don't know anything about Media Files, or XML, so am not able to the follow the manual (sorry!). Thanks, Sue.
