There an addition to the setup package which is the tutorial key, installed <Lucid folder>\tutorial. This micro key was designed for learning how to put a key together rather than showing best practice design etc. I note the tutorial screen shots are now out of date. Space was an issue; the current setup is around 80MB, though this is not particular large these days. I agree, having a separate downloadable set of demonstration keys (Builder format) showing various design concepts and ideas would be very good. I'll bring it up at our next team meeting.
